ABOUT TREE TOPS 

UPPER LEVEL
The house has a wide wrap around verandah on the upper level. It is equipped with a hammock , a swinging banquette, and  outdoor furniture. There are good views of Nevis Peak and Saddle Hill  and distant views of the sea. Redonda and Montserrat can be seen from the garden. 3 corners of the verandah are festooned with petrea, jasmine and South African vine.

   There is a large living area on the upper floor. This area includes a large open plan kitchen with breakfast bar. There are also 2 couches in the living area (which can be used for sleeping children or small adults.)

   Also on the upper level is a bedroom with an antique double bed ( with net) next to a bathroom.

  GROUND LEVEL
On the ground level are 2 newly built bedrooms. Each has its own front door, a double bed and a bathroom en suite. There is no interconnecting door between the bedrooms.

CHRISTMAS COTTAGE
Nestling in an upper corner of the garden next to a lime tree is a small Caribbean style wooden cottage. Although small it has a double bedroom and a single/couch bed in the living area. There is a wooden picnic table on the front porch and toilet with a shower.
Christmas Cottage is ideal as an additional guest bedroom

  THE GARDEN  
There is a large garden which was originally created by a tropical garden enthusiast. Around the house the garden is mature and well-stocked. It has many varieties of palm including a Royal Palm, as well as numerous tropical trees, shrubs and flowers.  A tall traveller’s tree grows close to the front of the house whilst a mature mango tree provides shade. The peace of the garden is only interrupted by humming birds and monkeys during the day and whistling frogs at night.
